SHIPPING & EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges are applicable only on orders shipped within India. We only accept exchange if the product is defective or damaged, and no cash back returns.
If you have received a damaged product please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to facilitate the process. We ask that you include images of the product showing the damage to help our quality control team authenticate the damage claim. Once approved, we can help with the exchange only and no cash back returns.
Your request for exchange should be received within 3 days and the ordered products should be received within 7 days.
Process for Exchange Request
Write to us at email@example.com explaining the issue including the unique order id of the order, reason for exchange and the images of the products.
Dispatch the product from any reputed or well known courier service. The cost of shipping has to be bore by the customer.
After dispatch please share booking receipt with order ID, and contact number on firstname.lastname@example.org
The items should be unused with original packaging in place. Any exchanged item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Please mail us at email@example.com for any cancellation requests. We can only cancel orders if the cancellation request has been sent within 24 hours of making the payment. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of making the payment: No refunds will be available.
Once the order is processed or shipped we will not be able to cancel it.
Cancellations are not applicable on orders placed during the Sale period.
For customized/personalised orders, cancellations are not applicable.
Changes in your order information
If you have entered an incorrect pin code or contact number, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to rectify the issue. Please note that we can update the correct code or number only if the order has not been processed by our shipping partner (until the status of the order remains unfulfilled).
Shipping and Delivery
Orders typically take 3-7 working days to be processed and dispatched (unless otherwise mentioned in the product description section). Once dispatched, delivery takes 5-10 working days, depending on the delivery pin code. If the order includes more than one item, the dispatch time will be determined by the item that takes longest to be dispatched.
Working days exclude Saturday, Sunday, and gazette holidays. Unforeseen circumstances like strikes which affect business operations or force businesses to close down for the day will be considered non-working days and impact delivery timelines.
On delivery day, our courier partner will attempt to contact you through a call or SMS to handover your package. Please note the courier partner will make three attempts to deliver your order. If the partner is unable to reach you the order will be returned to us.
The shipping charges within India, on orders below INR 999/- depends on the volumetric weight of the order. Please refer the product description page for the same.
We provide free shipping on orders above INR 999/- (again, within India).
In keeping with COVID-19 guidelines there might be delays in the dispatch and delivery of orders.
International orders are dispatched within 3-5 days working days. Once the order is dispatched it takes about 2-3 weeks for the order to be delivered depending on the country. Final dispatch time will depend on all the products in the order.
Shipping rates will vary according to the country the order is being delivered to. The number of items in the order may affect shipping rates as well which will be calculated during checkout.
Buyers will have to cover the customs and import taxes if any. The Paper Fall will not be responsible for delays during customs check.
Returns, cancelations, exchanges and refunds are not applicable on international orders.
